Terrible service. Items were not delivered. Staff were rude. Just anhorrid place. My bank will re embrace me but supporting local businesses like this is a no from me.. I'd not even rate it 1 star.

The flowers from Oasis always last 2 or more weeks if you change the water daily. I'm always very impressed. Also, Tina, the owner, and her mum are just the nicest people you can find, and they always go the extra mile to deliver you the best service.

Ordered a fab looking table decoration in a basket for my sister at Christmas. What arrived was Not fab looking, half the greenery was missing & instead of a basket (..or a hatbox!) the flowers were stuck in a plastic bag with water, & shoved in a box. They were very apologetic, said they remembered making the table decoration but used a hatbox ‘coz the baskets were all gone - I can live with that but Not the shabby thing that arrived at her door. The lady said she was shocked & couldn’t understand What went wrong & could she send some chocolates perhaps, to make up for the disappointment!..? Yes please, that would be lovely! I said. Now we’re almost a month later, I’ve had no more answers to my enquiring emails & my sister has Not had any chocolates = my disappointment is great. I will not be using this company again for my regular deliveries of bouquets to my family & friends. Mistakes happen! I Get that, but a kind promise to try & make up for it, is no good at all if it is not ‘delivered on’. Tina

We have recently used Oasis flowers for our wedding and cannot recommend them highly enough. Jan and Tina were marvellous from start to finish - we had a number of different events and they did a great job in creating bespoke floral masterpieces for them all. From the civil wedding floral bridal and flower girl bouquets and register table floral displays, to beautiful combined fruit and flower displays for our Haldi ceremony, and finally wonderful flower garlands for our Hindu wedding ceremony, everything has been delivered on time and with the highest finish.

I have used Oasis flowers on numerous occasions, most recently for my fathers funeral wreath, which was a pillow. As usual a massive thank-you to Jan and Tina for such a wonderful white and red pillow, which stood out amongst the other funeral flowers. The entire customer service from start to end was fantastic.

A beautiful bouquet, delivered on the correct day. I didn't seem to be able to select a date, but I put it in the comments and my follow up phone call was answered promptly. The delivery was not left in the porch as instructed, but this is not enough to knock a star off. The roses are stunning and are arranged with the carnations so nicely they are being left as they are to be admired for the moment. Will remember this shop for next time - Mother's Day I believe 😀

Beautiful flowers as usual, shame no details on them - mum didn't know where they had come from. She loved the butterfly and the ladybird that came with them. Flowers delivered when I asked and it's great to use a local company. Will use again.

The young girl who works in here is absolutely lovely and always happy. The older woman who I think owns it is vile. I have heard from a few locals that this was the case but have experienced it myself today. Shame as I'm a big believer in helping local small businesses and I've spent a lot of money in there over the last two years but I will never use them again after today. In response to your reply- On this particular day I came into the shop to order some flowers for my ill mother in law. I asked the staff member if she would mind me leaving a couple of flyers with her as I've recently qualified in bridal makeup. My issue was not that the staff member declined she was perfectly within her right to, my issue was the shear rudeness in which she declined (her customer service) I was a customer coming into a shop and spoken rudely to by a staff member for asking a question. My review is about your service. I've worked in customer service as a manager for a well known high street bank for 13 years and anyone walking through the doors of the bank whether existing customers or potential customers, they were always spoken to politely. There was absolutely no need for the rudeness, I left your shop very upset! As for threatening me with legal action... I have no words! I won't be removing this post as I was a customer that experienced bad service from a staff member at a shop that I've regularly bought goods from. I'm within my right to leave a review. As for direct competition- the shop you're referring to does not offer bridal makeup and I spoke with a staff member from that shop and they agreed I was not competition. As I said in my original review I'm a big believer in supporting small local businesses which was one of the reasons for using yourselves when I could have got cheaper elsewhere. I think it's shocking that leaving a negative review because of the service I received at your shop has led to you threatening me.
