Absolutely wonderful service. I would rate Oli 5 stars six if possible he is just simply the best. He always explained what and when. Oli made my sale stress free. Arranged, supervised all my viewings. Lesley after sales is just Arden wrapped in a fancy package. This lady knows when how and why. Communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend Arden to anyone selling their home.

Great at the start of my house sale, couldn’t be more lovely, very attentive and professional. Unfortunately I felt completely let down from then on. I repeatedly expressed that my house price was “offers over” not the “actual” price. This was told to Jade, Oliver and Robin several times, only to be told by Robyn that “people usually ignore offers over, so we tend not to use it”. Jade stated that “ viewers will be made aware of offers over for your property - let’s just get them through the door”. Even when people viewed my property offers over was not disclosed to them. I received an “asking price” offer from a buyer in a good position, Oliver was the agent who showed the buyer my house. When I received a call from Oliver he asked me to reduce the price as a goodwill gesture as my buyer had reduced their price in order to secure their sale. I told Oliver that I wouldn’t do this as my price was not THE ASKING PRICE!!! he replied….there is zero interest in your house and these people are in a good position. I felt I was swept away by all the jargon so accepted that it was going to be the asking price. I spoke directly to my buyers and they told me that “it was never disclosed about offers over” By the time I had found this out the sale was agreed. Feeling completely let down with the staff at Barnt Green I had a conversation with the director of Arden Estates, who after listening to me said “maybe had you got more for your property you would be happy “!! Had I have got more for my property I wouldn’t of felt I needed to contact him because his staff would’ve followed my instructions. Jade responded by telling the director that “nobody was wanting to pay more”. How would she know this?? Viewers were never told it was OFFERS OVER! I received a complimentary £50 voucher from the director and was told he felt that his staff did a “good job” securing a sale on my house”!!…….Really??? Well as long as the staff are happy I suppose! Let’s not consider the person who is paying for the service!! In my personal experience and opinion Arden estates staff in Barnt Green just want to get the sales numbers up to keep themselves top of the leader board for house sales in Barnt Green. I would certainly NEVER recommend them neither would I EVER consider using Arden estates ever again.

The Arden team were great from start to finish. Everything went smoothly with the listing and sale of our property.
