I recently became a new patient at the Barnt Green Dental surgery! Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to Nicola the owner for repairing my chipped tooth. I was nervous when I arrived for my appointment on Thursday afternoon, I must say that Nicola has been so understanding and extremely accommodating as I have been suffering with vertigo, Nicola and all her staff made me feel very welcome, they truly care about your dental experience. Nicola was extremely gentle making sure the treatment of my posterior composite filling was as painless as possible, thank you Nicola. I left the surgery feeling at ease having found such a wonderful new dental practice. Moving forward I know that I am in good hands with any future oral care. In November 2023 I have an appointment to see Stracy the hygienist for the very first time, I look forward to meeting her soon. Everyone here works together. Dentist Nicola works hard to make lengthy treatment manageable and the helpful receptionist rings back and adjusts appointments when requested. Hygienist Stracy is aware of what other staff have requested so I no longer need to explain about my last treatment. They're a gold star practice for teamwork !

I have been seeing Umae regularly for several years now and she is always patient, friendly and professional. I have recently started my Invisalign journey with Umae and she has been informative about the whole process and given me plenty of advice on how to best achieve my desired results. I have been a patient of Umaes for about 2 years now. Me and my kids are all registered with her, she checks our teeth regularly and does a clean if needed and when she does the results are amazing! My kids are so excited to see her to get their teeth checked wouldn’t trust anyone else with my children! I am also on a new Invisalign journey, so far so great. Umae has gone through with it step by step. I can see a massive change on my teeth already and it has only been 1 week can’t wait to see the final results !!!

I attended a dental.hygienist appointment today 2nd October 2023. Booking in was efficient. The appointment was on time and very informative. reviewing my progress and informed of the current treatment clearly. Stracy was pleasant and very friendly, I felt totally at ease throughout. Couldn’t thank Beant Thandi at Barnt Green Dental enough alongside the receptionists who helped with my multiple appointments! After cracking my tooth which ended with an infection & abscess! I managed to recieve the best treatment by Beant who cared for my infection and treatment then with multiple further appointments he helped fix many a teeth problems/fillings that were to come. Very grateful of Barnt Green for running the dental access scheme as I would have been lost without this & for Beant for his care, attention & passion! Many thanks Chris

I have been a patient of the surgery since it opened. I have always received excellent treatment. My recent treatment from Umae was exceptional. She was polite, courteous, explained what she was going to do step by step, reassured me during the treatment and left me with no after effects. And the way the nurses support the dentists shows this is an efficient practice. I would highly recommend.

I joined the dentist recently, having not been to a dentist for years. I needed lots of dental work as a result. I was being treated by Beant who has been absolutely brilliant throughout! He is very thorough in explaining what was going to happen during each appointment, taking time and care during procedures with excellent communication and empathy throughout. I have been very impressed and happy with the service I have received at Barnt Green Dental so far!

I have had issues for many years with my teeth which has affected my confidence and feelings about my teeth.
